Morgan Street Building
The Morgan Street building is complete. We’ve taken down the heavy-duty pedestrian canopy on Washington Boulevard and have installed light-duty canopies on Washington and Morgan. These will remain up for a couple of weeks. We are finishing up the punch-list process with the owner. We are anticipating tenants in early November.
Sangamon & Washington Street Building
We have finished brickwork for this building. We are working on completing the sidewalks, which should complete by the end of this month. We expect occupancy in early November.
Retail C Building
Retail C Building is complete. We are anticipating occupancy in early November.
About Union West
Scheduled for completion in 2019, Union West will be a mixed-used residential community comprised of two Class AA, Green Globes-Certified towers atop a three-story podium. The 357-unit community will provide residents access to highly-valued neighborhood amenities including the City’s most popular and hippest restaurants, social clubs, top-tier grocery shopping and convenient transit. Residents will have the option of studio, convertible, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR and penthouse floor plans from 501 square feet to 1,377 square feet and averaging 737 square feet.
